f. services to determine the Visitor’s purchasing potential to help him/herfind the best financing;
g. a non-binding contact service with our partners to advise the Visitor and help him/her find the best financial solution for a property purchase.
4.2 – The Visitor is informed that the Services are subject to constant evolution.
4.3 – When you fill out a contact form available on the Website in order to contact Salmon Immobilier or an Advertiser, your consent may be requested to receivea newsletter from Salmon Immobilier. The newsletter will only be sent with yourexplicit consent. After entering your e-mail you will receive a confirmation e-mail to the specified e-mail address. 12. Entire agreement and separability
12.1 – These Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Additional Terms, including anychanges or amendments constitutes the entire agreement between you and Salmon Immobilier with regard to the Site.
12.2 – Salmon Immobilier is free to conclude with any Visitor, upon his request, anagreement completing the present GTU. Provided that the agreement isprevailing, the present GTU remain fully applicable to the entire relationshipbetween Salmon Immobilier and Visitor.
12.3 -Salmon Immobilier’s delay or failure to exercise or enforce any right orprovision of these GTU shall not constitute or be construed as a waiver of suchright to act.
12.4 – If any of present Terms is judged null and void and/or invalidated by thetribunal, Visitor and Salmon Immobilier agree that their intention, as emanatingfrom this document, is to keep the validity of this agreement to the greatestpossible extent and any other dispositions of the present GTU will remain in forceand effective. Headings for each section have been included above for yourconvenience, but such headings do not have any legal meaning.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
14.1 – The present Terms of Use as well as any issues in connection with it(including non-contractual litigations and claims) are governed by the Swiss law,to the exclusion of rules of international private law.
14.2 – The courts at registered office of Salmon Immobilier shall have theexclusive jurisdiction over any litigation in connection with the present Terms(including non-contractual litigations and claims as well as interpretation of thecontract), subject to an appeal to the Swiss Federal Tribunal.
